About
Welcome to Seow Seow Restaurant, a hidden gem nestled in the vibrant heart of Nakhon Ratchasima. Located at 77 Buarong Rd, this establishment has quickly garnered acclaim for its authentic Chinese cuisine that resonates with food lovers both local and far-flung. Renowned for its commitment to quality, Seow Seow Restaurant serves as a culinary beacon for those seeking a genuine taste of China.
Step inside, and you are immediately enveloped in an atmosphere where traditional flavors and modern hospitality harmonize. Patrons rave about the attentive service, with a dedicated team led by a helpful manager ensuring that every visit is memorable. Open until 10 PM, it stands out as a late-night dining option when other air-conditioned venues close their doors, making it a favorite haunt for those craving excellent food at the end of the day.
Among the standout dishes, the fresh spring rolls are nothing short of fantastic. Their crisp texture and vibrant flavors are a testimony to the restaurant's focus on fresh ingredients. The dim sum, also widely praised, showcases the culinary team's mastery of traditional preparation methods, each bite revealing a symphony of authenticity.
For those with a penchant for seafood, the prawn spicy and sour salad is a must-try. With remarkably fresh prawns cooked to perfection, their bouncy texture is sure to delight. However, food enthusiasts should note the importance of enjoying Peking duck promptly to fully appreciate its crispy skin before it loses its charm. Additionally, while some dishes like the fish maw soup shine brilliantly, guests may find that items like the salt and pepper fried duck could benefit from careful cooking to achieve optimal tenderness.
In summary, Seow Seow Restaurant is a culinary treasure that excels in providing a delightful Chinese dining experience. With its diverse menu offering a blend of classic and regional specialties, this restaurant is a haven for discerning palates. If you're in Nakhon Ratchasima and craving a meal that celebrates authentic Chinese flavors, look no further than Seow Seow Restaurant. Your taste buds will thank you.
“ Very good Chinese restaurant . Fresh spring roll l was fantastic..and dim sum also . Very nice service and manager, helpful. Open until 22h ..all the other restaurant with air conditioning are closes at this time in the town. We go back there again to night. ”
“ A huge Chinese restaurant, with lots of parking places. The restaurant is clean with excellent service. I love the prawn spicy and sour salad, the prawns were very fresh, perfectly cooked the meat is bouncy and not mushy. Peking duck was good as well but you have to eat the skin quite quickly otherwise it will turn soft and chewy. We asked them to make salt and pepper fried duck (with the left over meat from the Peking duck), it was over cooked so the meat was a little tough. The same thing happened to the meat salad, if the meat would have been tender it would have been much more delicious. Fish maw soup on the other hand was pretty good. It was even better with the Chinese pepper paste. If you are in the area and want to have a go at Chinese food, have a try. ”
